Purchased for my 4 yr old grandson. He loves it and it is helping him grow mentally.

The sound this hippo makes every time his mouth opens can be irritating. My 3 year old liked it, but I did not. It's an easy to use flashlight for little hands, but a child could be startled by the noise if used in the middle of the night. The battery died shortly after purchasing, and we used it very little. Overall design is very cute and is more of a toy then useful product.
